Program Fee payment includes: Job Placement, four months medical insurance, mandatory SEVIS fee and the DS-2019 form required for obtaining the J1 visa. It does not include airfare, Visa voucher fee and housing deposit. 

VISA APPLICATION JA$2,500.00 - Payable immediately after the DS-2019 Form is received and prior US Embassy visa online application.

Payment Terms

1. US$150.00 Deducted - if cancelled after my application has been submitted to the sponsor for vetting.
2. US$250.00 Deducted - if interviewed by Sponsor and/or Employer and waiting to confirm placement.
3. US$250.00 Deducted - if interviewed and denied by Sponsor and/or Employer.
4. US$375.00 Deducted from sponsors fee including 25% of Admin fee JMD$14953- if cancelled after accepting a job offer and prior to receiving the DS-2019 Form.
5. US$412.50 is Deducted from Sponsors fee including 25% from Admin fee-JMD$14953 if cancelled after the DS-2019 Form is issued.
6. US$412.50 Deducted from Sponsors Fee including 25% of admin fee JMD$14953- if denied the J1 Visa at the US Embassy.

NO REFUND :

• If you do not return your Ds 2019 form to the office after visa denial.
• Once your visa has been issued.
• Once you arrive in the US, if terminated from employment due to bad
• performance, or rule violations.
